  1. Preheat the oven on 180•c for 10min, in the meantime sift flour & powder sugar together & keep aside, add in chilled butter cubes to this & rub softly till you get a bread crumbs like consistency & all the butter is mixed with the flour. Then add milk & form a rough dough, you do not have to knead the dough!
