- Get 2 large Fresh Tomatoes
- Use 1 small clove Garlic *finely chopped
- Prepare 1/4 Red Onion
- Prepare 1/2-1 Red Chilli OR Jalapeño
- Get 2-3 tablespoons chopped Coriander Leaves
- Take 1 tablespoon Lime Juice *OR Lemon Juice

- If you use frozen prawns, thaw completely. Cook them in the boiling salted water until just cooked enough, cool in cold water and drain.
