- Take 1 cup dark corn syrup
- Prepare 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Use 4 oz bakers chocolate, unsweetened
- Take 2 cup pecans
- Prepare 1/2 tsp instant espresso

- In a large bowl, add all ingredients except chocolate. Mix on a medium speed for 2 minutes.
