- Take paneer, corinader leaves, green chilli, salt and chat masala, mix well. stuffing is ready.

- Take 2 bread slices and apply green chutney, 1 tsp on each
- Spread mixed fruit jam, 1/2 tsp on each
- Place the stuffing on one slice
- Cover with the remaining slice
- Cut this into 4 equal pieces

- Heat oil in a kadai
- Dip the prepared sandwich into the batter, coat evenly from all the sides.
- Deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown and crisp from all the sides
