- Get tenderstem broccoli
- Take Pak choi
- Take white fish fillets
- Use spring onions
- You need red chilli
- Provide Thumb size piece of ginger

- Preheat oven to 180c
- Chop the pak choi, coriander, spring onion, ginger and chilli. Slice the lime in half
