  1. Prepare 1 Hanpen (large)
  2. Provide 10 cm Japanese leek
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp Miso
  4. Provide 1/2 tsp plus Sugar
  5. You need 2 slice Easy melting cheese
  6. Take 6 Shiso leaves
  7. Take 1 Plain flour
  8. Take 1 Egg
  9. Provide 200 ml Panko
