- Prepare 1 tsp each ground mustard, garlic and onion powder
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon each black pepper and cayenne pepper
- Prepare Honey butter sauce👇
- Prepare 3/4 cup honey
- Use 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- Get 1 stick unsalted butter
- Provide 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Take 5 cloves garlic minced
- Use 1/2 tsp sea salt and black pepper
- Get 1 (1 lb) bag of baby carrots
- Provide For thickening sauce 👇
- Provide 4 tsp cornstarch and a splash of water
- Get 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- Prepare 1 Tbsp brown sugar

- Rub a little oil all over the roast and mix up all of the spices and rub on all over the pork.
- In a hot skillet with a little oil brown all sides of pork till it's nice and brown.
- Place carrots in the bottom of the slow cooker and place browned pork on top.
